What Myhnd is

Myhnd is a personal library for the links you save. You paste or share a URL, and Myhnd stores it and uses AI to generate a summary, category, tags, and helpful follow-up actions so you can find it again later. It is operated by Henoch Schmohe (hsmart.dev), Spain.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
• You must meet the minimum age in our Privacy Policy.
• One person per account; don’t share credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• save or store content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to keep;
• use Myhnd to harass others, or to break any law;
• abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its AI features;
• attempt to access another user’s library or our systems without authorisation.

You are responsible for the links and content you save. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

AI features — best-effort, not advice

Myhnd uses AI to summarise and categorise your links. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is provided for convenience only and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice. Always verify anything important against the original source.

Your content

You keep all rights to the links and content you save — it’s your library. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, process it through the AI enrichment described in the Privacy Policy, and show it back to you. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t use it to train AI models.

Plans and payment

Myhnd offers a free tier with monthly limits. Paid plans (when available) are billed through Apple/RevenueCat on iOS or Stripe on the web, on the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights under EU consumer law continue to apply.

Availability

We work to keep Myhnd running, but it’s provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of major changes where we can.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond what we can reasonably restore. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Myhnd is not a backup service — keep your own copies of anything critical.

Ending your use

You can stop using Myhnd and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence in the EU.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, give notice in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
